Quality Management Nursing Staff Unit (m/f/d)

As a staff member at the board, you play a central role in the strategic development of our quality management – for excellent care in all our 5 facilities. You build a quality management system that not only meets standards, but sets standards – and continuously develop it With an analytical view and feel for processes, you can illuminate care processes and design efficient, modern structures You assume the administrative responsibility for the electronic documentation system in the association You control quality-proofing measures, implement preventive strategies and thus ensure real improvements in day care You are responsible for our QM manual and develop clear, practical standards and procedural instructions In cooperation with MD and home supervision, you coordinate the preparation, implementation and follow-up of relevant audits You strengthen our internal quality culture, moderate quality circles and promote an open, constructive exchange in teams With your know-how, you support personnel development, training and the continuous qualification of our employees

You are a examinated nursing professional and have an additional qualification in quality management or a corresponding degree With first professional experience in stationary or outpatient care, you know what really matters in everyday life Digital tools such as MS Word, Excel and Intranet systems make sure you use and see digitalization as a chance for good care You own organizational talent, make clear decisions and take responsibility – even in complex situations Communication strength and enforcing skills are the same as the ability to take with and inspire people With empathy and pedagogical skills, you support teams, strengthen skills and develop new quality paths together driving licence class B
