Change Management & Communication: You will help drive the change management and communication aspects of the Digital HR Transformation at E.ON

Content Creation & Media Production: You will create captivating content for our intranet and other communication channels, such as writing attractive texts or producing and editing videos

Event- & training support: You will support the communication and implementation of events and training

Practical competence development: You will gain practical experience in change management, communication and digital HR transformation while developing valuable skills and knowledge

Networking & Community Engagement: You will have the unique opportunity to build a strong network in E.ON's Digital and HR community

You are enthusiastic about complex tasks and find solutions that drive the success of the team. You will also recognize yourself in the following points: Qualification: You are currently registered as a master student in a relevant field of expertise (e.g. communication, business management teaching, organizational psychology, etc.)

Professional experience: First knowledge or experience in change management and/or communication are required

Working: You have excellent organizational skills and time management skills

Specific expertise: You master the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
