As an IT consultant in business analysis, you will: As an interface between business and IT, our customers advise on the technical and technical implementation of their IT projects Elevate and Structure Requirements and Analyze, Optimize and Model Business Processes Overview of various programming languages, frameworks, databases and technologies Creating specialist concepts and decision templates Accompany make-or-buy analyses as well as the selection of software products Planning and controlling the implementation of customer requirements In the quality assurance and acceptance of customer requirements and system changes

As an IT consultant in the field of business analysis, you should bring: A completed study or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Basics in process modeling using modeling notations such as UML, BPMN 2.0 First practical programming experience in a common programming language (for example Java, C#.NET, Python) Basic knowledge of software architectures, system landscapes and their interfaces Interest in direct customer contact Flexibility to work into different customer requirements – both technical and technical Interest in AI tools to use them supportively in your working day, taking into account the applicable legal requirements (e.g. EU‐AI‐Act, Data Protection, Compliance) Basic travel readiness (3 days/week), depending on the customer situation Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
