Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Our customer is an internationally active industrial company in the field of mobile technical systems. At the Salzgitter site, highly specialized plants are developed and manufactured, which are used worldwide.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/w/d).

Your task is to support, expand and reactivate existing customers. At the same time, you actively drive the development of the service strategy for new customers. In addition, you work closely with the internal service and the sales team to efficiently implement customer projects. Regular customer visits in Germany and abroad are also part of your field of activity. You analyze customer service needs and identify modernization and optimization potentials. The presentation and distribution of services, spare parts and modernization packages are also key tasks. You create offers, follow these actively and work targeted towards a successful conclusion. In close coordination with technology, product management and interior services, you ensure smooth implementation of customer requirements. Together with the service internal service, you develop and implement sales and service strategies.

You have completed technical or commercial training. In addition, you will bring at least five years of experience in field services, ideally in service or technical sales. A secure technical understanding allows you to identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions. You convince with a pronounced customer orientation as well as a communicative and convincing personality. Their mode of operation is independent, structured and solution-oriented. A high readiness to travel (over 80%) is not an obstacle to you. A military experience, for example as a former soldier, is desirable. You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing. In addition, you will bring a perfect police certificate.
