Project developer for residential construction (m/f/d)

Whether building buildings, semi-detached houses or entire quarterly projects – you will be able to answer the development and implementation of our new construction projects. Take over the active basic unit acquisitions – both off-market and brokerage networks. You identify independent housing potential areas, analyse regulatory frameworks and carry out initial location and feasibility assessments. Together with internal teams as well as external partners (architects and specialist planners), You develop marketable usage concepts up to building law creation. You control the approval process, conduct agreements and treaties with authorities, offices and municipalities, and represent the project as sovereign to the outside. You support the projects until You are transferred to the realization and, if necessary, support internal or external distribution. You keep an eye on dates, costs and quality and react proactively and solution-oriented to challenges.

You have a successfully completed degree in real estate management, civil engineering, architecture or a similar qualification. You have professional experience in the development of residential real estate projects, ideally with a focus on land acquisition and construction law creation. You have a high technical understanding of all phases of performance and you have the pleasure of managing project topics efficiently and purposefully. Use your problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills. You think subcontracting, identify potentials at an early stage and make projects independent of the decision. You enter into negotiations and communicate with owners, municipalities and project partners in a convincing manner. You show enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable topics such as building information modeling, wood hybrid construction, smart home systems and also greening and mobility concepts.
