What we plan together: Together with a strong team, you will help shape learning in the REWE Group. You are instrumental in making REWE and PENNY employees fit to inspire our customers every day.

What you do with us: You're packing up: You organize different learning offers. From seminars, presence trainings, e-learnings to blended learnings for employees and executives at REWE, PENNY and the corporate headquarters. You have everything in mind: You are responsible for administrative management as well as communication to participants and the care of the various learning offers in the Learning Management System. You show commitment: You tax external services such as seminar agencies, trainers and hotels. You are present: You are available to our internal customer as a competent contact person for the topic “learning”.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: You have great interest in the topic of “personal development” and in particular the seminar organization, work independently and communicate convincingly. You study full-time in the Bachelor or Master, preferably (economic) psychology, business administration or human resources management. Ideally, you have first experience in the use of learning management systems or other comparable technical applications. You have fun on the topic ''Learn'' and a safe handling of IT applications in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook is of course for you. You work very structured, carefully and conscientiously and are an organizational talent – also under term printing. You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation and solution orientation and enjoy administrative tasks as well as work with people.
