Our team Real Estate & Facility Management is looking for support at the Stuttgart location. As a specialist Sparring partner of the team leader FM and internal contact person in commercial and operational facility management, you are working for a variety of our nationwide locations, from Munich to Berlin. In doing so, you will bring your expertise and expertise to your goal and continuously develop them. Technical and operational control: You include control, control and order processing. Auditing of different services and services at different locations. Strategic cooperation: Together with your team manager FM, you will meet strategic decisions on building and area management as well as space, function and equipment. Sub-cost accounting: Examination of the additional cost bills for our locations as well as communication with the landlord or its property management will be done and with a good view for the details. Project work: With your organizational ability, structured working methods and your analytical thinking, you will be able to bring the combination of daily business (e.g. repairs) and project work (developing of rebuilding projects, moving management, service purchase) under one control and thus ensure a smooth running at our locations. First contact person: You are the first contact person for the employees at our locations in the South East region with all the questions relating to facility management.

You bring a commercial training or a study with FM/immobility and you can already take a minimum of four years of professional experience in facility management or Property Management look back. You like to work in the team, and features such as ownership, reliability and liability are among your strengths. Good oral and written communication skills characterize you.
