After 6 months of training period at a German site, you'll be relocated to Craiova (Romania) as an expat and be responsible for setting up inventory control and storage management of the warehouse in a startup field. You control urgent goods receipts (material and buy part) – physically and SAP booking; as well, you convert planned into necessary orders from suppliers. You manage and correct booking of inventories, avoid discrepancies and errors, root cause analysis and corrective actions You take care of commercial purchasing items / materials targeting just-in-time / quality deliveries: you manage postponements, coordinate critical delivery situation, process quality notifications and communicate with internal interfaces about the supply of material. You're responsible for managing recovery of urgent / late buy parts and providing it in an expedite process to production.
You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d), or you have a comparable qualification with a focus on materials management or logistics. Several years of practical experience in the fields of logistics or disposition with advanced skills in SAP Experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required. Passion and engagement for intercultural collaboration and behavior as well as a good level of written and spoken English Willingness to relocate to Craiova, Romania and commitment to Diehl's internationalization strategy including hands-on competence and flexibility
