Assistant Microoptics (m/f/d)

ZEISS Microoptics is a unit of Photonics & Optics' strategic business and specializes in the development, optimization, mastering, replication and integration of optical applications based on micro-optical and holographic optical elements. We develop and manufacture holographic and micro-optical solutions for established industries as well as for complex research and space projects, while driving scaling in the automotive and aerospace sectors. Your job As part of our growth, we extend our ambitious and intercultural team and look for a motivated and committed and absolutely trusted and reliable assistance (m/w/x). As an agile personality with a high level of commitment, you will bring your ideas and experience into the diverse operational and strategic challenges of our business unit. You support the team leadership(s) as well as the team in day-to-day business and work closely with further assistance to actively shape the sustainable success and further development of the entire unit. Your tasks include: Pre- and post-processing of internal meetings and events (e.g. workshops, events, customer visits etc.) as well as related travel planning and accounting

Collection of transactions and oral and written communication with internal and external contact persons in German and English

Procurement of materials and services as well as booking of orders and bills

Regular hourly and project accounting as well as preparation of the monthly financial statements

Support for onboarding new employees

occasional support at events, e.g. fairs, possibly also abroad

Successfully completed training or studies with a focus on business management or administration

Multiannual relevant professional experience as assistance in the industrial environment

Experiences in the financial or service sector or comparable

Routinized handling of common software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) and the willingness to work quickly in a fully digitized environment (e.g. SAP)

Joy in the parallel processing of many tasks combined with an independent, structured and flexible working method as well as a good organizational talent (hands-on mentality)

Representative communication skills in German and English (word and writing) as well as discretion, loyalty and trustworthiness are essential

High self-initiative, enthusiasm and strong team orientation and intercultural competence
