We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented personality that strengthens and supports our work in Jena as project manager (m/w/x) as part of Cost Down initiatives. In this role, you are responsible for managing and supporting Operational Excellence initiatives in close cooperation with various stakeholders at the Jena plant with the aim of achieving measurable and sustainable improvements.

At the same time, you shape the culture of a modern, interdisciplinary team: with heart, clarity and strategic views.

Your role Analysis of the production cost structure: Systematic illumination and evaluation of cost-driver structures in production to create maximum transparency

Identification of cost-reduction potentials: Active detection of savings through process optimization, material alternatives or more efficient resource integrity

Strategic Roadmap Development: Conception and Creation of Long-Term Roadmaps for Cost Down Initiatives for Strategic Control of Long-Term Competitiveness

Project management and support: Own-sponsored management or methodological support of cross-departmental projects for the sustainable reduction of production costs

Monitoring and progress reporting: Continuous monitoring of all current cost-down initiatives and regular reporting of milestones and savings results to management

Interface management: coordination and close cooperation with the fields of production, purchasing, development and sales

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, business management with a technical focus or comparable training

Founded practice in production optimization, technical control and and support for cultural transformation processes

Embossed project management competencies as well as the ability to control several projects simultaneously

Methods Competence: Safe handling of analysis tools and optimization methods such as Lean Management, Six Sigma or value flow analyses

Analytics & Data Visualization: Embossed understanding of complex data structures as well as sound knowledge in Power BI and MS PowerPoint for professional preparation and presentation of decision templates

Communication strength: Sovereign appearance at management level as well as the competence to present complex situations according to the recipient and to assist change processes in a moderate manner
