The Klinikum Bremen-Ost is a hospital with special care and operates fully and partially stationary beds in ten somatic clinics. In addition to examinated nurses, nursing assistants, team assistants and academically trained nursing staff (m/w/d) are in use. This skill mix optimizes workflows and best distributes tasks. Your tasks:

• you take care as well as basic and treatment care of our patients according to the specific care phenomena of the department
• in complex care situations, you are responsible for the care process, together with the team you carry out care visas and ensure professional exchange
• you guide colleagues and advise patients and relatives in complex care situations
• you implement evidence-based measures, carry out training and thus contribute to the continuous optimization of care quality

Your profile:

• you are examinated / nursing, nursing, health care and nursing / in or Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
