Account Manager (m/w/d)

Focus on pay billing and time economy

Your duties

• implementation of the electronic pay bill for employees and trainees including taxation, social security and Operational pension provision for a defined group of persons
• Care and administration of our time detection system
• Management of sickness and mistime management
• Creation of statistics from the SAP HCM
• cooperation with other parties to the proceedings, such as the sickness fund; and Pensions
• Implementation and support Digitalization projects
• Takeover of special topics (BEM, accident reports, company ticket etc.)

Your profile

• completed commercial vocational training and professional experience in Payments
• sound knowledge of work, social security, tax and Tariff
• Joy in dealing with numbers
• detailed, careful and structured operation
• User knowledge of the SAP Personal Management System - HCM and collective bargaining for utilities (TV-V) are advantageous
• high team and good communication skills
• safe knowledge of German language in word and writing (from level B2)
