As a face of our company, you act as a project developer (m/w/d) and sales manager (m/w/d) and win regional builders and investors in the Oberfranken region. You identify project potential at an early stage and accompany the development of construction projects from the first idea to the conclusion of the contract. In close cooperation with our customers, you analyze their requirements, develop customized technical concepts and check the economic feasibility. As a coordinator (m/w/d) of the project development, you control the interdisciplinary team of internal and external architects and specialist engineers throughout the entire supply phase. With the help of modern tools you determine construction costs and create customer-oriented, economically convincing offers. You carry out the elaborate and calculated offers in contracts and accompany their design, negotiation and conclusion. After conclusion of the contract, you will be a strategic partner (m/w/d) to our customers and promote long-term business relationships.

You have completed your studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a similar field Insufficient experience in cooperation with builders has already been able to gather you through previous activities, e.g. in the project management of a construction project Ideally, you already have practical experience in customer consulting and sales and enjoy building and maintaining regional networks Experience in the field of costing, contracting and VOB You always keep the customer perspective in mind and enjoy independent and entrepreneurial action in the team
