Senior Consultant Process Automation (m/f/d)

As an internal consultant, you are responsible for automating the business processes of the company with the help of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to increase their efficiency, quality and scalability. You develop automation strategies adapted to the business requirements, advise the specialist units on automation topics and drive the transformation process forward through targeted communication. You conduct end-to-end analytics to evaluate automation potentials and guide automation initiatives to introduce RPA solutions into the existing process architecture. In addition, you are evaluining new technologies for the continuous development of our automation portfolio. As part of your activity, you act as an interface between the departments and IT and work with competent colleagues across the territory: within the framework of a growing Bechtle RPA community .

Complete studies in business informatics, economics, digitization, process management or a related subject, as well as several years of professional experience in process automation, process analysis and process optimization. Deep knowledge of relevant automation technologies (e.g. UiPath) and AI as well as good skills in project management, business case development and requirement management. With a strong conceptual mindset, you develop results-oriented solutions and introduce new impulses. Personally, we especially like to tackle your talent in a structured manner, as well as your strong communication security. Very good knowledge of German and English.
