We are looking for you at the next possible direct setting as a staff assistant (m/w/d) pay billing & administration.

You are responsible for preparing and implementing the monthly pay bills and are familiar with all relevant reporting and certification procedures. In applicant management, you take responsibility and structure, maintain personal files and create contract documents as well as other important documents. In addition, you can organize and accompany a wide range of topics of human resources and actively participate in the further development of personal software. You support the organisation and further development of the training, application and health management and ensure the correct control and maintenance of time recording.

You bring a completed commercial training – ideally complemented by a personalised additional qualification. With at least two years of professional experience in human resources, you know how to treat topics such as wage tax, social security and labour law. Experience with the Sage HR Suite is a plus, but no need – your structured work and high trustworthiness are more important.
