Responsible building management in the field of electrical engineering for demanding construction projects Takeover of activities in the preparation of work for our turnkey construction projects (including quantity determinations, cost estimates, plausibility and calculations) Plan coordination and audit of technical documentation and documentation Participation in close coordination with planners in tenders, awards and bills Consultation of the client (e.g. optimization potentials in planning and execution) Organisation and monitoring of commissioning and handover to the customer Accompanying expert collection including instruction and documentation Ensuring compliance with aspects of occupational safety, appointment, costs and quality standards Complete documentation of construction progress, defect tracking and contract management

Graduated vocational training in connection with a degree as a technician / master (m/w/d) in the field of electrical and/or supply technology or university degree Multiannual professional experience in construction, ideally desirable in construction ideally experience in dealing with the industry-standard software (MS Office, 3DBeworking programs, iTWO) Ability to work independently and structured Safe and sovereign occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Personal commitment, reliability and team spirit
