In your role as Agile Coach / member of the SAFe System Team, you will support a cross-functional team that shapes the technological basis of our group-wide embedded software development. In doing so, you design a powerful, modern development infrastructure and contribute significantly to improving our development processes. Together with the Product Owner and in close coordination with Solution Manager, Solution Train Engineer and Solution Architect, you will lead an interdisciplinary agile team that consistently develops and automates the infrastructure of our embedded software development as well as secures the entire software compliance with Your responsibilities include the establishment and promotion of agile values, principles and methods, enabling you to sustainably strengthen skills, trust and cooperation in the team By optimizing the development flow across multiple control units, you increase the delivery capacity, coordinate dependencies and enable cross-border improvements Their role includes operating activities as Scrum Master / Agile Coach: You moderate workshops, provide productive timeboxes and create transparency about dashboards, reviews and relevant metrics Your experience allows you to effectively solve impediments, empower executives such as stakeholders and anchor a culture of continuous improvement By combining technical understanding, process competence and coaching expertise, you create added value for our entire embedded development

Qualification: You have profound qualifications in software development in the scaled environment, ideally with direct experience in SAFe. Your background preferably includes embedded software development or Agile Leadership Experience: You bring many years of experience in supporting software development teams, ideally in the SAFe system team or in comparable roles such as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach. You have proven to support teams in eliminating obstacles and improving their performance measurably Know-how and skills: Your strengths are in modern team management, process optimization, coaching and systemic problem solution. You safely apply agile methods, analyze key figures, shape workflows in a targeted manner and bring significant communication and moderation capabilities with Nice to have: Experience in management development or organisational development as well as knowledge in the automation of development processes in CI/CD environments Personality: You like to work independently, deal constructively with conflicts and create confidence in the team.
