At the next time, we are looking for you as (Senior) project manager:in Hochbau (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich or Nuremberg site. Your tasks:

Own responsibility you control complex construction projects from project preparation, planning and execution to successful project completion The implementation of the projects in a timely, cost- and quality-oriented manner is safe taking into account legal, technical and intra-group requirements. Planning and construction contracts are prepared, coordinated and controlled by you; you also monitor the contractual performance and follow-up management As a central interface, you coordinate all project participants, contractors:inside and stakeholder and ensure transparent project communication Opportunities, risks and deviations are kept in mind, take appropriate countermeasures and report regularly on the current project stand In addition, you are responsible for quality assurance, the acceptance of planning and construction services and a complete and comprehensible project documentation

Your profile:

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in managing complex construction projects Funded knowledge in project management as well as in building, contract and award law Experience in dealing with contracting authorities desirable Impressed communication and enforcement strength Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
