You track production orders from the plant to completion, monitor appointments and ensure complete and comprehensible archiving You obtain relevant standards and Standards, check their topicality and ensure the timely maintenance and updating of the associated database You maintain material master data in the ERP system, carefully record changes and ensure high data quality and consistency You support production planning in the preparation, coordination and follow-up of production orders and contribute to a smooth process You agree closely with manufacturing as well as adjacent departments, clarify questions and ensure a trans­parent flow of information

You have a technical training or a further training for the technician in the field of mechanical engineering You have practical professional experience in handling SAP R/3 (modules: MM, PP) or similar ERP systems You are safe in handling MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) You have a good understanding of technical documents and operational procedures You are characterized by an independent, structured and targeted way of working You are a team player and communicate value In the international environment you communicate safely in German and English
