You guide and coordinate the employees for the individual projects You conduct independently, including the organization of processes and resources for the individual projects You ensure compliance with quality, time and cost specifications You act as an interface to customers:inside, partners:inside and internal departments You document and report the progress of the project

You have a completed training as an electrical specialist (m/w/d) with further training as an electric master (m/w/d) or a completed study in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable discipline You bring multi-year professional experience in project management, which is desirable You work independently, structured and responsible You have leadership skills and team skills You are mobile through a class B driver's license and are height-ready as well as ready to travel within Germany You have well-founded knowledge of protection and control technology, especially in the handling of protection systems for medium-voltage systems (approximately 10 kV to 36 kV and beyond) and professional experience in the field of protection technology, ideally in the environment of medium-voltage systems You are sure to deal with protection concepts such as overcurrent, earth-lock and distance protection and can apply and optimize these You know relevant safety and standard regulations well and can implement them consistently in practice Ideally, you have a qualification as a protection tester:in medium-voltage systems and experience in energy supply or industrial plants You know relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE)
