In a range of technical possibilities and design requirements, our team is already developing the innovative concepts for realizing the vehicle design of tomorrow. Our team's portfolio includes the development of conformation components for the S-Class, MB.EA-L and EVA2 platform. The components to be supervised comprise the bumpers at the front and rear, radiator panels, longitudinal support panels, fins, decorative strips, to crash-relevant structural parts. The numerous interfaces of our components will give you insights into a variety of areas of expertise such as e.g. design, raw construction, crash, pedestrian protection, sensor integration/automated driving, total vehicle safety and project organization. You will also get an overview of the entire development process from the early design model to the final serial vehicle.
These challenges include: Conducting measurements in the field of light technology
Design and commissioning of rapid prototyping parts for concept testing Construction of test vehicles Creation of connection and component concepts with Siemens NX Organisation of the functional testing of vehicles or prototype parts (e.g. heat simulation) Implementation of internal/external benchmarks Take over responsibility for subprojects Preparation of presentations for management The activity can begin from March 2026. Study programme in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or a comparable study programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Handling CAD systems
