Leadership & Team Development: Professional and disciplinary management of the accounting team as well as continuous development of the team structures Accounting & Payment Processes: Ensuring a smooth settlement for electricity and gas customers as well as responsibility for debitor management including transparent payment processes Process optimization & automation: Analysis and optimization of workflows, implementation of automation ideas in the field Service provider & project management: control of external service providers and active participation in the introduction of new system solutions (e.g. Meter-to-Cash) Interface management: cooperation with internal departments (e.g. secondary cost accounting) and coordination with market partners and network operators Customer Communication & Service: Monitoring and further development of customer correspondence in customer service Commercial Responsibility & Projects: Support for financial statements (month, quarter, year) and acquisition of special topics and projects in the construction of new business areas

Multiannual experience in the energy industry, ideally in the billing environment (SLP/RLM) Good knowledge of SAP (RE-FX) and ideally experience with the accounting software kVASy Structured and independent working style with an overview of complex processes High numerical affinity and good understanding of processes and relationships Know-how in market processes and market communication (e.g. GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, MPES) Motivation and experience in the acquisition of team responsibility Digital openness and interest in process automation and further development Impressed team spirit and communication strength in cooperation with various areas
