In the automotive services sector, ADAC Service GmbH provides comprehensive assistance and services for B2B customers such as automotive manufacturers, insurance companies, leasing companies and fleets – both nationally and internationally as part of the ARC-Europe association. The portfolio ranges from assistance services, workshop tests and damage services to roadside assistance and mobility management for commercial vehicles over 3.5 tons. These services are also offered for trucks and buses across Europe via the subsidiary ADAC Truckservice GmbH. You serve existing contractors in the area of workshop testing and attract new customers. You create offers and accompany tender procedures. You take over the internal coordination of ADAC activities for workshop test contractors. The support and further development of our test customer pool and the Expert networks are also part of your task. You analyze the profitability of existing contracts with our B2B customers and support contract negotiations through sound evaluations. You observe market developments around workshop testing services and contribute to the development of new B2B products in the field of workshop quality. You support the further development and development of our workshop test services. In addition, you support the distribution of assistance services and create reports for our clients.

You have completed their studies in motor vehicle engineering or industrial engineering. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a vocational training in the motor vehicle sector with subsequent training on the motor vehicle master or service consultant. You bring an affinity for IT, data management and VBA topics and have secure knowledge in MS Office. SAP knowledge is advantageous. You are characterized by a pronounced service orientation, a safe occurrence and high readiness to use. You communicate clearly and addressably with different contact persons. Flexibility as well as the readiness for regular service trips will help you. An independent and responsible way of working completes your profile. You have very good English skills.
