(Senior) Payroll accounting specialist with a focus on SAP HCM (m/f/d)

As a key/power user, you play an active role in the transformation project on SAP S/4HANA together with the commissioned advice and design the future HR and Payroll processes. You meet professional requirements of the areas, work on the (re)design of pay and HR processes in the SAP HCM (PA/PY) – including interfaces and control tests and accompany rollouts. Supporting the teams in the personnel sector in SAP HCM questionnaires, creating guides and carrying out training/workshops. Technical contact for colleagues as well as executives in accounting and systemic issues You ensure compliance with tariff and legal requirements (in particular TV‐L, TV‐Ä, Verdi and pay tax and social security regulations) and continuously improve data and process quality. Professional responsibility for SAP HCM in pay billing as well as ensuring a smooth pay billing process.

You provide several years of experience in the billing of fees with SAP HCM (PA & PY) and are safe in handling accounting-relevant master data and processes. You have practice in the hospital environment and/or public service and know complex tariff patterns (e.g. TV‐L, TV‐Ä, Verdi). Experience in HR digitization or transformation projects ideally as a key user/power user or experience in SAP S/4 Hana projects Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law and the application of collective agreements You are an analytical, structured and service-oriented personality with pronounced communication and consulting skills and actively promote changes. You do German very well (mind. C1) and English well (mind. B2).
