Work independently and with commitment in the area of SAP HCM to understand and implement the requirements of the HR department with a focus on Payroll and Time Management Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing search as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changes Take charge of the design implementation and of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems Implement support packages effectively Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the SAP HCM environment to act as a competent contact person for our HR department Knowledge and practical experience in personnel administration (PA), German personnel accounting (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certificates and organisational management (OM) Ideally good ABAP programming skills Knowledge about Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors are desirable Excellent communication skills, strong customer and solution orientation and good presentation skills Excellent English skills, German skills are of advantage Slovakei: The monthly salary is between 2,200€ to 2,500€.
