Number: MER0003NIB At Global Customer Service and Parts (GCSP) we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch and product support and probation. We support the service organisations worldwide, possibly also on site. We work with our partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are the experts in parts technology, as well as in product evaluation and regulation. Our team – Project Management After-Sales Compact and Midsize Cars – represents all after-sales requirements in the new vehicle project and the module groups and thus ensures service-oriented product design.
