You are a certified Scrum Master, preferably PSM I, and are passionate about agile software development You have a completed IT-related study or completed vocational training and ideally multi-year professional experience as Scrum Master You have experience with the agile frameworks Scrum and Kanban - scaling frameworks are not strange to you Expand an extensive portfolio of agile best practices and agile tools Your profile You enjoy working with people, are independent, structured and independent Empathy, communication and observation strength characterize you You have very good moderation and coaching skills Good communication skills in German and English and the readiness for occasional travel activities complete your profile You value personal exchange and are ready to be present at the site for two to three days a week.
