Processing of all processes related to marriages, deaths and births Resolution of general human rights issues (e.g. church exits, father/mothership recognitions, affidavits) and advice of citizens Editing official name changes

Successfully completed studies in the field of Public Management or as a graduate administrator (m/w/d); alternatively, a qualification as a management expert (m/w/d) or Employee training II or a comparable administrative qualification

Ability to work in relevant national and international legislation and implement it in compliance with formal procedures Willingness to weekend services (Friday afternoon/Saturday morning) and compulsory training Communication competence in the enforcement of legal requirements and as a speaker (m/w/d) Creativity in writing wedding speeches and shaping weddings
