CNC-DREHER (M/W/D)

DISCLOSURE

• Self-propelled retraction, optimisation and serial ripening of new parts • Own-responsible installation and retrieval of CNC turning milling centres (e.g. DMG CTX [for phone number see the original ad]) with Siemens 840D control • Create, customize and optimize CNC programs (machine/CAM, e.g. Edgecam) • selection and optimization of tools as well as execution of measurement and quality controls • Analysis and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in automated two-channel processing • Close cooperation with design, work preparation and quality assurance as well as documentation of process changes

DEIN PROFIL

• Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), ideally specialized in turning technology • Multiannual experience in CNC machining and programming of complex components • Safe handling of technical drawings, measuring devices and quality assurance • Knowledge of Siemens control systems (ideally 840D) and CAM systems of advantage • Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work • Teamability, Responsibility and Standing for 3-shift work
