CNC Router for 5 Axis Bed Milling Machine (m/f/d)

CNC milling machines determine the milling methods, machines and machining processes for the production of the workpiece on the basis of application-related documents. They provide auxiliary and operating means, create the program for milling machines and equip them with tools.

Your tasks:

• independent manufacture and processing of small series and individual parts, e.g. of demanding workpieces such as spindle heads, axle units, ... on a 5-axis bed milling machine (X 4000mm – y 1500mm – Z 1500mm) • independent planing, programming and brushing of the CNC machine • Monitor manufacturing processes and check the manufactured parts • Responsible and careful operation • Set up and presetting machining tools • Waiting and maintenance of the machine

Your profile:

(m/w/d), or comparable qualification • Experience in the operation of modern CNC milling machines • Knowledge in handling Siemens control desirable • safely reading drawings and spatial imagination • Willingness to shiftwork [2-shift] • craftsmanship and technical understanding • Communication and team skills, sense of responsibility • a high degree of reliability, independent working and motivation
