Professional and organizational leadership and strategic expansion of the Smart Service Team Regular feedback and annual discussions Further development of digital business models, e.g. expansion of the online spare parts shop Responsibility for the design and introduction of new digital service products (e.g. monitoring solutions via KaCloud) Strategic development and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce (KI) in everyday service Central interface between service, IT and customers in all questions about connected systems Participation in the introduction of new digital tools, platforms and service processes Conception and implementation of training for service technicians and customers in handling digital service applications Ensuring the ongoing professional development of the team in terms of products, technology and service competence
