Advising the departments and cost center managers on business and financial issues Planning of sales, raw earnings and cover contributions together with the departments and commenting on business developments and target deviations Preparation of analyses, evaluations, financial indicators and ad hoc reports further development of KPI monitoring and optimization of controlling processes and instruments Participation in monthly and annual accounts as well as annual Annual Report Participation in national and international projects and project teams, possibly associated with international missions

Complete study of business management with a focus on controlling, accounting or financial management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in industrial, production or factory controlling Funded handling of MS Excel as well as good knowledge in databases and BI tools Secure knowledge of German and English Structured, targeted and self-responsible operation Communication and enforcement strength as well as strong team skills Excellent numerical affinity and high analytical and problem-solving competence Networked, cross-sectoral thinking and joy in cooperation with various departments
