The job as HR Consultant (m/w/d) is now to be filled in full-time or part-time (min. 30h/week) in Mannheim.

As HR Consultant (m/w/d), you will be responsible for our employees and co-suppliers and keep all relevant data up to date. You create and publish job advertisements on the appropriate channels, perform professional video and personal interviews and start meaningful candidate profiles. Applicants accompany you bindingly and service-oriented through the entire selection process. In addition, you coordinate the exchange with international suppliers and ensure smooth processes. In addition, administrative activities such as document creation, auditing of invoices as well as time-limit monitoring are part of your daily task.

You have a completed commercial training - ideally as a personnel service provider. Professional starters are also welcome. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing characterize you; French knowledge is a plus. With your organizational talent, you can also keep track of recurring tasks. Accuracy and reliability are your strengths, as well as the willingness to work on new topics. Communication is at your heart: You go service-oriented to employees and internal interfaces.
