You are working on incoming applications for the artisanal sector and conducting personal interviews with the aim of agreeing to our candidate: in close cooperation with the Active Sourcer:in. If you additionally speak an Eastern European language, this is advantageous

You analyze requirements profiles in close cooperation with executives, guide target-group-oriented sourcing strategies and publish job advertisements on the channels adapted to the respective target group

Our executives are supported by you, as a consultant:in, around the topics human resources recovery, current market conditions and appropriate search strategies

You share a recruiting strategy with your team and track current recruiting trends and developments. Concepts and processes continuously review their effectiveness and efficiency

Through reports and analyses, you can assess the candidate market and keep your support area in mind by means of KPI's adjusted

As a recruiting specialist:you bring relevant professional experience in HR with the focus on talent acquisition and personal marketing You place a great deal of emphasis on a result-oriented and structured way of working, drawing your attention through a strong focus on implementation and a high level of commitment, initiative and communication, in order to implement innovative recruiting strategies You have a structured, solution-oriented and conscientious way of working, and you have no bareness in project management activities You bring along a high degree of self-initiative and manage multiple alerts from different locations at the same time, which requires a high readiness to travel You perform professionally and value-estimating and represent the company authentically and inspiring to the outside e.g. at trade fairs Your analytical skills help you interpret and prepare KPI's
