Your tasks You check, document and process damage and performance cases. You enter insurance contracts, complaints and are contact for our customers. You develop and optimise concepts for premium calculation. You test new features in our system landscape (including RHINO and JIRA) and support users with questions. You will start presentations, evaluations and training documents and carry out training (online or on site). You're begging customer and damage records, including risk information, contracts and special covers.

You have a completed training as an insurance businessman or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in damage processing, customer care and organization. Ideally, you have first knowledge in the field of industrial insurance. You work structured, solution-oriented and have a good numerical understanding. You feel comfortable handling digital tools (e.g. JIRA, RHINO, CustomerHub). You have good knowledge of English and enjoy communication in the team.
