Product Manager ERP Agricultural Trade and Trading with Market Focus (m/f/d)

Our ERP system for land trading is successfully established in Switzerland and is currently being introduced on the German market. At the same time, we operate an established ERP in the field of commodity trading/training, which we want to develop and expand in a targeted manner in the market. We're looking for this exciting double reel.

As a product manager, you are responsible for the market success of two ERP solutions with different maturity levels:

Land trade: Introduction and growth in the German market. Together with the Product Manager Switzerland, you lead the entire product: He is responsible for the product core, you are the market success in Germany.

Trading: Further development and targeted market management of an established product. You make sure that both products are successfully positioned, customers experience real added value, the products are happy to use and recommend.

You successfully position our ERP systems in the German market. You develop the Go-to-Market Strategy for ERP Land Trading. You support sales & marketing with strong messages, demos and use cases. You ensure a successful introduction, use and long-term customer retention. You prioritise requirements from the market, including localizations and legal requirements. You build active communities of customers and interested parties. You work closely with consulting, project management, support, marketing and the Product Manager Switzerland for ERP-Landhandel.
