Specialist (m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You are responsible for the creation of risk analyses as well as the coordination of physical safety standards and measures as part of the ISMS, e.g. for perimeter and outer skin protection, detection and alerting. Ensuring that legal requirements for physical security such as KRITIS Law / CER Directive and EnWG are complied with in the Group lies with you. The establishment of suitable methods and key figures for action tracking in coordination with IT risk management as well as the BCM and the associated documentation are also part of your task. We will focus on you in the coordination with internal bodies, e.g. in the context of construction projects. The willingness to participate in projects and actions in emergency and crisis management completes your task area.

Complete studies or relevant training related to risk management or physical safety (e.g. security management, risk management, engineering etc.) Multiannual experience in consulting on physical security issues in a group or in external consultation Ability to present complex facts and regulations in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner Ideally knowledge of the relevant safety standards in the energy industry, e.g. ISO27001, IT security catalogue, BSI B3S Experience in handling MS-Office Very good German knowledge (comparable level B2 CEFR)
