To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated IT employee (m/w/d) with a focus on interface connections and technical customer communication. In this role, you ensure that our customers can feed their orders automatically and reliably into our systems. You will also accompany the further development of our logistic IT applications.

Conception, implementation and support of interface connections (e.g. API, EDI, File Imports) for automated order acquisition Technical integration of customer and partner systems into our IT landscape Contact person in the area IT Customers / IT Logistics Care, operation and further development of our logistical applications Analysis of requirements together with customers and internal departments Coordination and coordination with internal teams and external partners Documentation of interfaces, processes and technical solutions

Graduate in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable training (e.g. specialist informatics (m/w/d) for application development, specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, Kaufmann (m/w/d) for digitalization management) Multiannual professional experience in IT, ideally in the field of interface connections, system integration and/or logistical applications Very good problem-solving competence, high service and customer orientation as well as pronounced communicative skills Very good English skills in word and writing (forced required) Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Ability to explain technical facts in a comprehensible manner
