The ILB - the Investment Bank of the Land of Brandenburg - is the central funding institution for the region of Brandenburg. Requirements Management/Demand Management/Requirements Engineering - Identification, Analysis, Priority and Formulation of the Complex Requirements for IT Solutions

Interface between IT and specialist areas for creating solutions according to inventory analysis

Takeover of IT (partial) project management as part of software launches to implement ILB's IT strategy

Control of service providers in the context of solution development

Accompanying ILB in its transformation with the aim of a future-proof IT (Cloud, Saas, Mobile Work)

With your expertise, you will advise the departments and find the best IT solutions for our business processes!

completed studies of economic informatics, computer science, mathematics or a related subject; or

completed IT vocational training with relevant professional practice in the field of activity

relevant practical professional and project experience in requirements management/requirements engineering or IT project management as well as in conceptual work

ideally project management certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince 2, Scrum, LeSS)

pronounced analytical capability and solution orientation

good knowledge of German in word and writing

Payment: Extra-tariff compensation with an entry fee of EUR 83,400 (full-time basis)
