Personnel administrator (m/f/d)

In our newly built shared service center, we maintain our warehousing locations throughout Germany and take over administrative staff work for them and you can be there from the very beginning. As a member of our team, you support the entire Employee Life Cycle - from entry to exit. You create personal documents such as work contracts, contract adjustments, certificates, etc. In addition, you will take care of administrative tasks, in particular the management of digital personal files and the monitoring of deadlines and dates. Last but not least, we look forward to driving the newly founded Shared Service Center with your ideas and actively supporting us in projects.

You have completed commercial training or comparable qualifications. In addition, you have experience in the administrative handling of personnel topics, for example in the creation of work contracts and agreements or consultations of the works council. A reliable and discreet way of working is obvious to you and as a high-communication team player you bring solutions-oriented and mediating skills. As an organizational designer, you work in a structured and planar manner, and you can rely on the handling of Microsofft Office. Ideally, you have already gained experience with the HR tool Workday.
