Building Services Engineer (m/f/d)

You take over the overall technical project management for the design, design and installation of all building facilities at the site.

You are responsible for the careful preparation, processing and control of all procurement procedures and contracts for contracted technical engineers and executive works.

You actively support the detailed planning and the technical design of building systems and carry out a professional expert assessment.

You ensure the complete quality assurance during the execution phase and carry out the construction work carried out.

You ensure the continuous availability and operational safety of technical building equipment by organizing and monitoring necessary maintenance and repairs.

You successfully implement necessary modernisation and extension measures technically and organizationally.

You work with the implementation of technical standards, the group-wide climate protection strategy and the introduction of innovative, pioneering technologies.

You have successfully completed a degree in utility technology or building technology, as an alternative you have a qualification as a technician or a comparable training with relevant professional experience.

You bring multi-year and well-founded professional experience as project manager or construction manager in the design, planning and successful realization of construction projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA).

You are characterized by a very structured, independent way of working, as well as distinct competences in decision-making and problem-solving.

You have very good and routined knowledge in the application of MS Office programs.

You show high commitment and are a team-capable personality that actively contributes.
