Your challenge to us

• Guides, instructions and taxes of your cleaning team incl. Application planning and documentation
• Provision of contractually agreed services including Documentation and quality assurance
• Coordinating, for example, up and down and cleaning at or after events and relocations in the object
• Material rides on the extensive company premises
• Responsibility for budget management
• Customer retention and relationship expansion, e.g. extension of the WISAG service scope
• Accept customer complaints incl. Cause elimination

They strengthen our team of building cleaning in the south of Brandenburg (Cottbus to Elsterwerda).

To convince us

• Complete study of the facility management department, training as a building cleaner, economic and commercial qualification or further training as an object manager or Building Cleaner
• Experience in services and services Facility management or building cleaning desirable
• Use and valuable employee management
• PC knowledge (MS Office) and basic commercial knowledge
• Car driver license necessary
• customer orientation, empathy and pragmatism
