In this role, you take a central role within our construction and real estate projects and ensure a structured and efficient project sequence. You: coordinate and control project-related processes across all project phases. act as a central interface between project management, specialist planners, architects, service providers and other project participants. assume responsibility for the planning, organisation and follow-up of relevant project dates. create and coordinate project-related documents, contracts and documentation. support the economic management of projects through cost tracking and ongoing project documentation. coordinate project-related voting and ensure a transparent flow of information. accompany acceptances, handovers and fault management. identify optimization potentials and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.

Interest in construction projects and real estate relations. safe handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel. Own initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in actively promoting themes. Driving license class B. .
