Do you have technical talent and experience in handling production facilities? Then our team as Rüster / Machine Operator (m/w/d) supports and contributes to a trouble-free and efficient production process through the professional conversion and installation of our machines.

• In- and retrofitting of production machines and plants
• replacement of tools, devices and components
• Installation of machines according to production specifications
• Conducting test runs and quality controls
• Fixing small disturbances and sources of errors
• Ensure a smooth production process
• Documentation of setup processes
• Working with maintenance and maintenance

We are looking for

• Complete technical vocational training desirable
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• independent and reliable operation
• Quality awareness and team skills
• Willingness to shift work desirable
