The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The tasks include project management and contractor tasks for an upper federal authority with high safety requirements for simple construction and construction projects of different types and sizes. Building in stock and in operation poses particular challenges.

Building function for large and small new, re- and extension buildings for properties of the Federal technical monitoring (termination, cost, quality control), coordination and control of the services of the commissioned freelance workers and monitoring of the construction services of the leading specialist firms Coordination with the building user, need-supporting, authorising bodies, test engineers and experts as well as order preparation for the freelance workers and design-leading specialist companies of the participating companies Preparation, testing and evaluation of cost estimates, construction, planning and tender documents, as well as preparation of performance images, contracts and supplements Compilation of technical documentation and examination of offers and invoices of the freelance workers as well as specialist construction firms Preparation of commissioning, acceptance, handover and warranty control based on extensive quality and performance certificates of freelance workers

Expected: completed university or bachelor's degree in engineering, machine/supply technology or a comparable degree What we need: many years of professional experience (min. 3 years) Language knowledge of the language level C 2 according to the common European reference framework (applicants whose first language is not the German language, we ask for proof) good knowledge of VOB and HOAI independent and independent work as well as the ability to collaborative, cross-disciplinary cooperation Individual initiative, convincing expressive and communication skills and flexibility successful completion of a security check to ''Ü 3''' under the German Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) following a successful selection procedure

After that, a height-growth is automatically grouped according to pay group 12 TVöD Bund. The weekly working hours are 39 hours per week. The employment relationship is limited until 31.12.2029. Depending on the applicant's situation, an over-tariff advance payment of levels and an additional fixed-term allowance of up to 1500 euros can be considered monthly.
