For private real estate investors, you enter customers in the top segment of private customers. You accompany investors who have focused on the long-term preservation and expansion of residential properties in and around our cities Cologne and Bonn. This is not about short-term deals, but about substance: our customers live with rentals and leases - with tailor-made financing solutions to ensure that your portfolios can grow healthy. In addition, you will secure the sustainable substance of the investments with your expertise and will also accompany customers and customers in the fields of generation management, liquidity and future security. We are looking for personalities that combine expertise with passion and advise our most demanding customers and customers at eye level. You work in a motivated team of 17 consultants and 7 employees in assistance.

Your tasks – we will inspire you As the main manager, you will independently advise a firm customer base of private real estate investors with the focus on credit business. With fun and commitment, you will be able to inspire new customers for the Sparkasse KölnBonn. You manage the entire business relationship of your customers with the support of the various expert advisers in our house. You independently plan your sales activities and develop best practice approaches that you implement and will be happy to continue with colleagues.
