Implementation of technical services to PMV, demo and customer devices in the field of signal generators, peilers and receivers, e.g. calibration, evaluation of measurement results, initiation of corrective measures, documentation of work steps Troubleshooting and Fixing on Group/Component Level and Measurement Environment Introduction and tracking of storage measures, including experts from manufacturing, testing equipment development and product development Verification of repair measures carried out on effectiveness Documentation of work steps, quality-relevant data, as well as time and material costs in SAP Contact person for technical questions and appointment clarifications for internal interfaces and customers Maintenance of the option database Answering support requests to the supervised equipment families Participation in the optimization of internal processes and processes Transfer of knowledge to other employees (internal/external) e.g. by training on the job

, , , , Mechatroniker (m/w/d), a further education as a master (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Practical experience in technical service, in troubleshooting, repair or maintenance of electronic systems desirable Experience in the analysis of technical errors at the assembly and component level as well as in systematic troubleshooting desirable Knowledge of high-frequency technology, communication technology or measurement technology Safe handling of SAP or comparable systems for documentation of technical data Good knowledge of German (at least level B2) and good knowledge of English in word and writing Structured and quality-conscious operation as well as strong understanding of technical relationships and customer requirements
