We advise our clients with a clear view of the feasibility: from early crisis detection and restructuring of financing through StaRUG structures to complex M&A and carve-out processes. For our growing restructuring team, we are looking for you as Senior Associate (m/w/d) with a focus on financing. You work directly with clients and financing partners, take early responsibility and actively shape sophisticated solutions.

You advise companies, shareholders and financing partners in crisis and restructuring situations. You accompany preventive structuring, in particular StaRUG methods. You design and negotiate refurbishment agreements as well as credit and financing agreements. You accompany M&A transactions with a focus on financing. You take over their own mandate responsibility and actively contribute to the further expansion of our restructuring area.
