Aftersales responsibility for the charging system for our vehicles with alternative drives: Support and responsibility of the high-voltage charging system in the Customer Services & Parts area with the aim of ensuring consistent functionality and passing on necessary further developments of the system into product development. Takeover of the second-level support for service partners in the field of high-voltage loads by analyzing complex fault images and structured diagnosis (e.g. evaluation of log data or remote signals). Developing and implementing strategies, processes, concepts, and training to ensure maximum support quality of the high-voltage charging system across Europe. Representation of the company-internal interpretation of charging communication to charger and farm management manufacturers, as well as end customers. Coordination between internal partners (development, Daimler Buses Solutions GmbH, sales, etc.) and external partners (charger manufacturer, network operator, charge management manufacturer, customer, etc.).
