(MVI/ 131971) Management and responsibility of parallel projects and topics at operational and strategic level including budget, appointment and resource management Management role within the projects as well as regular takeover of disciplinary management tasks, including representation of department management in absence Structured preparation of complex content and address-oriented communication to the board and bodies Establishment, maintenance and further development of a close-mesh reporting system and monitoring the achievement of targets Participation in the further development of internal processes, control and controlling instruments as well as in digitization and organisational projects

Successfully completed university studies Multiannual professional experience in project or multi-project management, ideally with first leadership responsibility Impressed organizational strength and the ability to structure and prioritize many information in a short time High stress resistance in the sense of overview, reliability and decision-making in ongoing project business Very high level of communication in order to communicate with the appropriate situation and address Sovereign appearance, team orientation and willingness to take responsibility
